In January, BHC upgraded its bonus system, which is based on NOOM production software. The system calculates a coefficient for each employee every month, taking into account the total minutes of working time of the selected period and the ratio of registered and reported minutes to the given standard times.
In summary, the computationally complex methodology gives a very simple and understandable result: the worker who most effectively uses the registered working time within the given standard time (fluctuation +/ – 15%), receives the highest coefficient and the largest bonus.
