Baltic Hydraulic Cylinders (formerly called Estonian Talleks Viljandi) was established.

2006

Change in the ownership. Kait Lukka (Toompuu OÜ) and Sven Mänd (SMG invest) became the new 50/50 owners.

2008

Change in the company’s name. Former AS ET Viljandi was changed to AS BHC.

2009

The production unit was moved from Hariduse tänav to Musta tee.
