On April 22, BHC had ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2015 Environment Management System audit. We were audited by Bureau Veritas.
Our Quality Manager Rait Mutle told that auditing went well and the goals were met. ’’ The scope of the certification was the design, production and sales of hydraulic cylinders. The observable processes were: general management, quality and environmental management, sales, purchasing, product development and design, production and storage of hydraulic cylinders. The whole MMO system is built with the customer’s satisfaction and interests in mind ’’ he added.
Good practices/strengths identified by the auditors:
- Patented MMO system
- The use of the company’s standard product part models and drawings in product design prevents repetitive work, speeds up the process and allows production to be standardized
- Very good overall cleanliness and order in the warehouse and production plants.
